Description

These Thyme and Goat Cheese Tartlets feature a crisp puff pastry base, topped with creamy goat cheese, fragrant thyme, and a hint of garlic. A quick egg wash gives them a golden, glossy finish, making them an ideal appetizer or snack for any gathering

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry

  • 4 ounces of fresh goat cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 small clove of garlic, minced
