Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare the vegetables: Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and carrots. Cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes and the carrots into 1-inch pieces.
